We are pleased to announce that we have recently become certified to ISO/IEC 27001. Developed by the top information security experts in the world, the standard provides for the regulation of information security management within companies, ensuring that data is kept both protected and available. Our accreditation was achieved under the supervision of ISMS Online, an Information Security Management System that is trusted by hundreds of companies worldwide. Aluma's decision to implement this standard is double-fold: one is in order to benefit from the best practice it contains and the other is to assure our clients that Aluma takes all necessary steps to keep their data safe and secure.
Our customers trust us to process millions of their documents a month and keep those documents and their data secure, as well as provide a reliable service that they can depend on. The practical things we do to achieve that information security are described by our Information Security Management System (ISMS).

The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is an independent, non-governmental international organization with an international membership of 163 national standards bodies. The ISO/IEC 27000 family of standards helps organizations keep their information assets secure.
ISO/IEC 27001 outlines and provides the requirements for an information security management system (ISMS), specifies a set of best practices, and details the security controls that can help manage information risks.
